2. Services Description
Quuylorix provides the following digital services: • Website Design and Development • Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android) • IT Staffing and Talent Solutions • Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing) • Technical Consulting and Support All services are subject to separate project agreements and proposals, which will specify scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing in detail.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes • Make payments as per the agreed schedule • Not use our work for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes • Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided • Ensure you have rights to any content, images, or materials provided to us
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a project: • The client owns the final deliverables (designs, code, content created specifically for them) • Quuylorix retains rights to use the project in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed upon • Any third-party assets (stock images, plugins, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses Prior to full payment, all work remains the intellectual property of Quuylorix.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • Projects require a minimum 50% advance payment before work begins • Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated • Late payments may attract a 2% monthly interest charge • We reserve the right to pause or terminate work for overdue payments
6. Delivery & Timelines
While we strive to meet all agreed deadlines: • Timelines are estimates based on information provided at the time of agreement • Delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, missing content, scope changes) may extend timelines • Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, government actions) exempt us from delay penalties • We will always communicate proactively about any timeline changes
7. Limitation of Liability
Quuylorix's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for: • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages • Loss of business, revenue, or profits • Data loss resulting from client-side actions • Third-party service failures (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways) • Any outcomes resulting from the use of our delivered work
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client business information, project details, or proprietary data to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law. We may request similar confidentiality from clients regarding our proprietary processes, pricing structures, and methodologies.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions: • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced • If Quuylorix fails to deliver agreed services, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion • Disputes regarding refunds should be raised within 14 days of project delivery • Change of mind or business direction after project commencement does not qualify for a refund
10. Data Collection Disclaimer
We collect name, phone number, and email strictly for business communication purposes. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise misuse user data. All data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee: • Specific search engine rankings or positions • Specific revenue or conversion outcomes • Uninterrupted or error-free service • Compatibility with all third-party systems Results vary based on many factors including market conditions, client implementation, and industry competitiveness.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
